What the role involves

• Provide additional targeted support and specialist housing advice to young people.
• Delivered through the Targeted Youth Support accommodation hub the successful applicant will be responsible for providing direct support to a small number of young people.
• Working knowledge across key agencies and partners alongside the ability to develop.

Skills and requirements

• Build positive working relationships with young people across multi agency delivery partners will be essential.

• Care leavers most at risk homelessness or rough sleeping.
