What needs to be in place
- Someone with experience in Housing Standards and a knowledge of housing legislation across all areas of housing standards.
- This is a varied role suited to someone with excellent customer service skills and knowledge and experience of residential property and tenancies.
- Obtain a Disclosure Certificate from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
Job details
- 23 days annual leave + bank holidays.

- A competitive salary (£29,633 - £40,988 dependent on experience).
