- Manage a caseload of clients with a range of complex needs, making informed decisions on homelessness duties and delivering person-centred advice.
Skills and requirements
- Carry out initial assessments and investigations, applying your knowledge of housing and homelessness legislation, including duties under the Homelessness Reduction Act 2018, to en.
- Also involves safeguarding vulnerable individuals, contributing to performance targets and case reviews (including MARAC), and deputising for colleagues where required to maintain.
- Experience supporting vulnerable clients and working in partnership with external agencies is essential.
