What the role involves

  • Collaborates with a cross-functional team of experts to resolve appropriate curriculum and course content, including product support, product managers, regional specialists, custom.
  • Adheres to training development standards, guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, as defined by the Learning Services' product life cycle.
  • Maintains a high level of technical expertise in the areas of HPLC and analytical chemistry methodology.
  • Project manages education product development with vendors and consultants.
  • Supports deploying courses to local delivery organizations to ensure a seamless transition from design to delivery.
  • Leads and participates in various projects to support improvements in the development and delivery function of the customer education business, , testing new forms of delivery.

Skills and requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Degree in a related field, , analytical chemistry.
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience, including specific experience working in/around regulated laboratory environments.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Agilent OpenLab CDS software platform.
  • Practical experience with Agilent HPLC troubleshooting and maintenance.
