What the role involves
- Collaborates with a cross-functional team of experts to resolve appropriate curriculum and course content, including product support, product managers, regional specialists, custom.
- Adheres to training development standards, guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, as defined by the Learning Services' product life cycle.
- Maintains a high level of technical expertise in the areas of HPLC and analytical chemistry methodology.
- Project manages education product development with vendors and consultants.
- Supports deploying courses to local delivery organizations to ensure a seamless transition from design to delivery.
- Leads and participates in various projects to support improvements in the development and delivery function of the customer education business, , testing new forms of delivery.
Skills and requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Degree in a related field, , analytical chemistry.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience, including specific experience working in/around regulated laboratory environments.
- Excellent working knowledge of Agilent OpenLab CDS software platform.
- Practical experience with Agilent HPLC troubleshooting and maintenance.
