HR Administrator focuses on maintaining staff personnel files, contracts, absence tracking, and cpd databases.

What the role involves

  • Maintaining staff personnel files, contracts, absence tracking, and CPD databases.
  • Supporting the full recruitment cycle: adverts, candidate communication, interview scheduling.
  • Processing DBS checks, references, and all vetting documentation in line with KCSIE.
  • Monitoring the Single Central Record daily.
  • Assisting with payroll queries and liaise with HR systems providers.
  • Managing the HR inbox and respond to staff queries professionally.

Skills and requirements

  • Previous experience in school administration or HR preferred.

Candidate fit

  • Confident using MIS systems (e.g., SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom).
