HR Administrator
HR Administrator focuses on maintaining staff personnel files, contracts, absence tracking, and cpd databases.
What the role involves
- Maintaining staff personnel files, contracts, absence tracking, and CPD databases.
- Supporting the full recruitment cycle: adverts, candidate communication, interview scheduling.
- Processing DBS checks, references, and all vetting documentation in line with KCSIE.
- Monitoring the Single Central Record daily.
- Assisting with payroll queries and liaise with HR systems providers.
- Managing the HR inbox and respond to staff queries professionally.
Skills and requirements
- Previous experience in school administration or HR preferred.
Candidate fit
- Confident using MIS systems (e.g., SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom).
