  • Manage consultation documentation and employee correspondence.
  • Maintain consultation feedback and records.
  • Ensure accurate data management and document control throughout the process.
  • Supporting HR teams and senior stakeholders with day-to-day coordination activities.

Skills and requirements

  • Previous HR administration experience, ideally within employee relations, organisational change, or redundancy consultation environments.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including strong note-taking and minute-taking ability.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
