- As HR administrator you will be responsible for providing operational support to the various Centres of Expertise.
- Also be responsible for providing general administrative support to the central HR department.
Skills and requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or support role (HR or Finance preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and confidence in working with HR Systems.
- Experience working in – or the ability to thrive within – a complex, international matrix organization.
- Availability to work 32-40 hours per week on-site in Papendrecht.

- Administering the company Lease Bike Plan and related reporting.
- Monitoring data quality within the HRIS through reporting and set out measures for improvement for HR support teams.
- Supporting employees with relocation-related questions and administrative processes.
- Managing the Employee Insurance Agency employer portal (UWV werkgeversportaal) and taking care that the administration is carried out correctly and in time.
