HR Administrator focuses on managing end-to-end administration for new starters, movers and leavers.

What the role involves

  • Managing end-to-end administration for new starters, movers and leavers.
  • Maintaining accurate, compliant employee records.
  • Update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Supporting a more data-driven approach to people decisions.
  • Managing Time & Attendance system data (Zeus).
  • Supporting with disciplinary and grievance administration.

Skills and requirements

  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) desirable.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Confirmed role details

  • 33 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays).
