What the role involves
- Supporting managers and employees with clear, timely and practical guidance.
- Help foster an open, positive working environment by supporting early resolution of concerns and encouraging constructive dialogue.
- Coordinating on-site engagement activities that reinforce our Great Place to Work culture.
- Partner with our employee resource groups to deliver an annual calendar of events and initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring data integrity across all systems.
- Processing job changes, promotions and adjustments with precision.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant HR, recruitment, people advisory, administration, ATS, or employee-relations experience may be useful.
