Field based (across the South of England) role working from home. Will need to travel to sites across south to deal with disciplinary matters as and when.

Managing employee relations cases effectively ensuring a consistent approach is applied across the business. Establish the facts and determine the most appropriate business solution in line with our processes and policies. Be able to support conflict resolution via Mediation.
