HR Advisor
This HR Advisor opportunity is built around providing advice, guidance and coaching to Managers and Colleagues across the Company on ER and people related matters. It would suit someone who can bring discretion, employment-process knowledge, organisation, and clear people communication to the role.
Where the work sits
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Ensuring all probationary reviews and 1:1's are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard, providing advice to Managers to support this.
People work involved
Providing advice, guidance and coaching to Managers and Colleagues across the Company on ER and people related matters. Supporting the recruitment team and Managers with interviews and assessments. Conducting exit interviews, providing feedback to Managers and providing analysis of trends to the wider HR team.
