Skills and requirements
- CIPD qualified (or working towards) with solid experience in HR advisory roles.
- Proven track record in employee relations, training, and recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and HR systems.
- Previous HR experience in the food production or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
