A leading NI organisation is seeking an HR Assistant to join their team in a varied, hands-on role. Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll provide proactive support across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration in a busy environment.

Supporting employee relations matters including attendance, disciplinary, and grievance processes. Maintaining accurate employee records and update HR systems. Coordinating training schedules and track development activity.
