This HR Business partner opportunity with 12 month FTC is built around driving wellbeing initiatives and delivery across allocated service areas. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
Where the work sits
Will partner directly with the Chief Customer Officer, supporting key service areas including Contact Centre, Neighbourhoods, Income and Communities. This is a key role supporting a complex, unionised environment, where you will partner closely with leaders to deliver pragmatic, people-focused solutions.
How the role works day to day
Driving wellbeing initiatives and delivery across allocated service areas. Supporting the rollout of People/HR initiatives at service level, particularly across engagement, leadership and customer excellence. Collaborate with the wider People team to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of HR services.
