This HR Business Partner Apprentice role in Human Resources is focused on a strong interest in Human Resources and people-focused work. It would suit someone who can bring supporting task-by-task logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards to the role.

A strong interest in Human Resources and people-focused work. Helping deliver people initiatives such as engagement activities, talent reviews and organisational change projects. Supporting HR Business Partners with day-to-day people queries from managers and colleagues.

What needs to be in place

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Eligible and willing to enrol on a Level 3 or Level 5 HR apprenticeship programme.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (grades A*–C / 4–9).
