Additional role context

• As an HR Business Partner at Barchester, you'll deliver a professional, business-focused HR service that meets the needs and KPIs of three regions this will encompass around 30 car.
• Involve working closely with General Managers and Regional Directors to support them across all aspects of employee relations and engagement.
• With operational excellence front of mind, you'll provide support in person, over the phone, via email, and through coaching, training and mediation.
