HR Business Partner
HR Business Partner focuses on working closely with the hr team, you will provide vital hr support to our flood, coast and environment business, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service.
What the role involves
- Working closely with the HR team, you will provide vital HR support to our Flood, Coast and Environment business, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service.
- Managing day-to-day HR operations proactively, supporting the business with employee relations cases, absence management, payroll, IR35 compliance and reporting.
- Participating in Flood, Coast and Environment Leadership Team meetings, both virtually and in person, to contribute HR expertise.
- Develop, and retain talent while promoting health, safety, and wellbeing.
- Demonstrating visible leadership to foster the Binnies Engaged culture by upholding values and behaviours that attract.
Skills and requirements
- This role is suitable for candidates with significant previous HR Business Partnering experience.
- Fully CIPD Qualified at level 5 or 7.
- Experience of developing and implementing HR initiatives.
- Experience of working in a busy professional services environment.
Confirmed role details
- Minimum of 1 day per week at one of our offices in: Chester, Glasgow or Redhill.
