HR Business Partner focuses on monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs, including budget planning and employee appreciation activities.

What the role involves

• Monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs, including budget planning and employee appreciation activities.
• · Build an environment where employees feel safe and included, establishing Employee Resource Groups and ensuring equitable talent practices.
• · Maintain meaningful floor presence across the site(s), gathering insights and identifying early signs of disengagement.
• · Partner with site(s) leaders and safety teams to ensure consistent execution of safety programs.
• · Lead community initiatives at your site(s), partnering across your node and with Public Policy and Public Relations teams.
• · Use data analytics to identify emerging trends, predict challenges, and implement proactive solutions.

Skills and requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships with business leaders.
• Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management.
• Experience supporting operational environments (manufacturing, distribution, or similar).

• Be expected to work Onsite(s) at an Amazon facility, supporting multiple site(s)s within your region (campus) with regular mobility across assigned locations.
