- Monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs, including budget planning and employee appreciation activities.
- · Build an environment where employees feel safe and included, establishing Employee Resource Groups and ensuring equitable talent practices.
- · Maintain meaningful floor presence across the site(s), gathering insights and identifying early signs of disengagement.
- Maintain facility standards in alignment with Amazon standards.
- · Partner with site(s) leaders and safety teams to ensure consistent execution of safety programs.
- · Lead community initiatives at your site(s), partnering across your node and with Public Policy and Public Relations teams.
Skills and requirements
- Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
- Master's Degree or MBA.
- Experience supporting operational environments (manufacturing, distribution, or similar).
- Support others in the use of various HR technologies and digital platforms, with a focus on increasing user adoption and enhancing end-user experience.

- Be expected to work Onsite at an Amazon facility, supporting multiple site(s) within your region (campus) with regular mobility across assigned locations.
