HR Business Partner
Job description
The HR Business Partner position with Howden for many different reasons centres on collaborate with Centres of Expertise (COEs) to support the development and delivery of solutions tailored to business needs, as guided by the Senior HR Business Partner. It would suit someone who can bring approachable and innovative, able to proactively streamline and simplify processes and problem-solve using technology-based solutions to drive automation and scalability to the role.

Where the technical work sits
- Collaborate with Centres of Expertise (COEs) to support the development and delivery of solutions tailored to business needs, as guided by the Senior HR Business Partner.
- Contribute to the implementation of recruitment, performance, leadership planning, talent management and organisation development to deliver strong impact of critical HR processes.
- Leading the business through people elements of transformational change (including M&A) ensuring a consistent and robust approach for efficiency and engagement.
Technical requirements
- Experience of supporting leaders and partnering in a complex business, working across cultures and building and managing relationships virtually.
- Experience with partnering with high volume business areas with speed and accuracy.
- Experience as a Business Partner with a proven understanding of all HR subject areas.
