- Monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs, including budget planning and employee appreciation activities.
- Build an environment where employees feel safe and included, establishing Employee Resource Groups and ensuring equitable talent practices.
- Maintaining meaningful floor presence across the site, gathering insights and identifying early signs of disengagement.
- Maintain facility standards in alignment with Amazon standards.
- Partner with site leaders and safety teams to ensure consistent execution of safety programs.
- Leading community initiatives at your site(s), partnering across your node and with Public Policy and Public Relations teams.
Skills and requirements
- Support others in the use of various HR technologies and digital platforms, with a focus on increasing user adoption and enhancing end-user experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships with business leaders.
Confirmed role details
- Be expected to work Onsite at an Amazon facility, supporting multiple sites within your region (campus) with regular mobility across assigned locations.
