What the role involves

• Ensure that all HR and safeguarding processes are robust, audit-ready, and fully compliant with current legislation and best practice.
• Maintaining and auditing the Single Central Record to ensure 100% compliance.
• Supporting absence monitoring and HR reporting.
• Preparing documentation for audits and inspections.

Skills and requirements

• Given the safeguarding-sensitive nature of this role, pre-interview compliance checks may be required, and references will be requested prior to appointment.

• Experience in HR administration or compliance, ideally within a school setting.
