HR Functional Engineer focuses on we are seeking an experienced functional engineer (product developer - oracle hcm) to support key change initiatives and bau activities within oracle hcm.

What the role involves

• We are seeking an experienced functional engineer (Product Developer - Oracle HCM) to support key change initiatives and BAU activities within Oracle HCM.
• This role plays a crucial role in configuration and delivery of change items, BAU processes and ticket resolution for our employees to enhance and improve our core HR system.
• Demonstrating strong technical expertise to support innovative change requests, partnering with HR and Operational Excellence teams to explore.

Skills and requirements

• Leveraging deep knowledge of HR policies and processes to identify and implement system enhancements that drive operational efficiency and compliance.
• Proven configuration experience in Oracle HCM is essential.
• Hands on experience in cloud implementation, configuration, and customisation.
