As a HR Officer, the work centres on managing recruitment from advertising and shortlisting through to interviews and onboarding. Managing recruitment from advertising and shortlisting through to interviews and onboarding. Maintaining accurate HR records and systems, including attendance and performance data. Coordinating training, development, and compliance programmes across departments.
