What the role involves
- Overseeing all general administration tasks as outlined in the profile and as requested by the PARC Operations Lead.
- Handling all general correspondence required throughout employees' employment lifecycle.
- Ensure accurate updating of Workday for new starters, changes to existing employees, and leavers.
- Maintain HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and currency.
- Maintaining 100% accuracy in Workday data reflecting changes made during monthly payroll processing.
- Managing queries and actions in the PARC 'In-box'.
Skills and requirements
- Ability to handle work of a sensitive and confidential nature.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing tasks and stakeholder expectations.
- Understanding of security clearances and associated process (BPSS, SC, DV) - Desirable.

- HR Operations Coordinator (PARC Operations), on 12-month contract, Leatherhead Campus in Surrey.
- There may be the option for the successful candidate to become permanent at the end of the 12 month contract.
