What the role involves
- Supporting a positive employee experience by executing key programs, reinforcing workplace standards, and partnering with PXT and Operations to create a culture where employees feel v.
- Maintain accurate documentation of HR processes and employee interactions.
- Execute standard work with consistent quality and timeliness, meeting established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide frontline employee support by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring appropriate resolution or escalation of employee matters. Handle sensitive informat.
- Supporting the execution of site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives. Coordinate logistics, gather feedback.
- Learn to track and summarize PXT-related data (e.g., attrition/attendance trends, hiring data, employee sentiment). Help prepare insights for site reviews or team discussions.
Skills and requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR information.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization.
Confirmed role details
- Be expected to work Onsite at an Amazon facility, with mobility requirements to support multiple sites within the assigned campus as needed.
