Compliance, Governance & Reporting: Ensure all HR and payroll activities comply with UK labor law, tax regulations, and company standards. HR Support & Business Partnership: Act as a trusted link between local operations and central HR, and ensure consistent application of global HR policies and processes.

• 3–5+ years of experience in UK payroll and HR administration.
