HR Shared Services Team Lead

As a HR Shared Services Team Lead, the work centres on supporting HR Administrators and new team members with day to day work tasks/service requests and developing their skills and knowledge. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.

Where the work sits

This role reports to the People Services Manager and has a team of HR Administrators of up to 5 direct reports. Leading and developing the MyHR (Shared Services) Team to provide an excellent ‘People’ service to our colleagues.

How the role works day to day

Supporting HR Administrators and new team members with day to day work tasks/service requests and developing their skills and knowledge. Leading and develop the team to provide an accurate and efficient core HR administration service for our colleagues and internal stakeholders.

Practical details

• Hybrid, Luton/Worcester Office.
• 35 per week, Monday to Friday.
• Work model: Hybrid.
