What the role involves
- Help maintain data standards (field definitions/naming conventions) to ensure consistent employee records.
- Supporting user access and permissions processes in line with governance guidelines.
- Build understanding of how HiBob integrates with other tools (payroll, ATS, finance, analytics).
- Monitor integrations, keeping the integration map and workflows up to date.
- Supporting structured data clean-up across current and historical employee records.
- Monitoring data quality (gaps, duplication, inconsistencies) and escalate for resolution.
Skills and requirements
- Exposure to HiBob, understanding of system integrations/data flows, relevant admin/HR/data experience, and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI).
