HSEQ Officer focuses on develop and audit the integrated hseq management system to ensure a culture of continuous improvement is sustained.

What the role involves

  • Develop and audit the integrated HSEQ Management system to ensure a culture of continuous improvement is sustained.
  • Utilise the internal auditing process to ensure company compliance with regulatory requirements, HSEQ best practice, environmental permits/consents and all applicable standards.
  • Leading the external audits where required.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with all internal and external regulators and stakeholders.
  • Assisting in ensuring the delivery of suitable HSEQ instruction, information and training.
  • Proactively monitor and enforce HSEQ compliance across the sites.

Skills and requirements

  • Previous relevant experience working in Health & Safety within manufacturing, engineering, construction or similar environment.
  • Accredited Internal Auditor for HSEQ Management Systems would be highly desirable.
