HSEQ Officer
HSEQ Officer focuses on develop and audit the integrated hseq management system to ensure a culture of continuous improvement is sustained.
What the role involves
- Develop and audit the integrated HSEQ Management system to ensure a culture of continuous improvement is sustained.
- Utilise the internal auditing process to ensure company compliance with regulatory requirements, HSEQ best practice, environmental permits/consents and all applicable standards.
- Leading the external audits where required.
- Maintaining strong working relationships with all internal and external regulators and stakeholders.
- Assisting in ensuring the delivery of suitable HSEQ instruction, information and training.
- Proactively monitor and enforce HSEQ compliance across the sites.
Skills and requirements
- Previous relevant experience working in Health & Safety within manufacturing, engineering, construction or similar environment.
- Accredited Internal Auditor for HSEQ Management Systems would be highly desirable.
