What the role carries
Leading daily operations across Inbound, Manual and International functions for your designated shift. Driving shift performance and ensure compliance with all H&S, quality and SLA standards. Coach, develop and engage your team through 1:1s, performance reviews and regular communication.
Practical details
- As an Operations Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the operational performance of your shift.
- Your leadership will directly influence shift performance, cost control, employee engagement and continuous improvement across the hub.
- Be responsible for creating a high‑performance culture, driving KPIs, maximising resource planning, solving operational challenges and delivering exceptional service for our client.
- Lead the Inbound teams, Manual and International processes, ensuring a safe, compliant, efficient and high-performing operation.
