Management responsibilities

- Leading the safe, secure, and high-quality delivery of Human Factors services across multiple projects and programmes.
Leadership skills and experience
- Demonstrable experience in delivering Human Factors within safety-critical or regulated environments ( nuclear, defence, infrastructure, energy).
- Chartered status or working towards professional accreditation in Human Factors/Ergonomics ( CIEHF or equivalent) or experience in working closely with Human Factors Specialists.
- Track record of developing people and building teams.
