Job description
This Human Resources Business Partner opportunity in Kent and Essex is built around supporting L&D needs across the business, including facilitating the performance review process. It would suit someone who can bring we’re working with a leading professional services firm that’s looking to appoint an HR Business Partner to join their London-based team to the role.
Who the work supports
This is a London-based role, with regular travel (2–3 times per month) to regional offices in Kent and Essex. Partner with business leaders to align people plans with business goals.
How support shows up
Supporting L&D needs across the business, including facilitating the performance review process. Present HR reporting and insight to leadership teams. Line manage and support more junior members of the HR team.

What needs to be in place
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience operating at Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner level.
- Experience working in professional services, financial services, or a corporate head office environment.
- Direct Line Manager experience at Officer/Advisory level - essential.
