Job description
The Human Resources Business Partner position centres on a 24 hour wellbeing helpline, wellness hub, counselling and financial/legal support. It would suit someone who can bring organised and confident keeping warehouse priorities clear during a shift to the role.

Where someone would start
A 24 hour wellbeing helpline, wellness hub, counselling and financial/legal support. As part of the People Partnering team, you will support a range of stakeholders and will report directly into the Head of People Performance. Someone to create and implement a People Plan for business areas with actions that support the delivery of the overall Frasers Group People strategy.

What is expected
- Experience as part of a high performing team within a highly customer centric service or retail environment.
- Experience partnering various Head Office functions.
- Hands on knowledge and experience in all aspects of employee lifecycle including talent management, retention, organisational design, and engagement.
