How support shows up
·Quickly building rapport with our teams, you will provide advice and support across a variety of job functions. ·Support the administration of monthly payroll processes, including preparing updates, maintaining accurate colleague records, and liaising with the Payroll team to ensure timely a. ·Deliver the ‘Welcome to Hyatt ‘sessions for new starters, ensuring they receive an engaging introduction to the hotel and the Hyatt culture.

What needs to be in place
- Have payroll experience or exposure, along with strong HR generalist knowledge and confidence in delivering short presentations or training sessions.
- A sound understanding of UK employment legislation is required, as well as experience conducting interviews and managing employee relations matters.
- Experience using HR systems, particularly Fourth and People.
