Humanities Teacher

Humanities Teacher – Liverpool

Contract Type: Full-time / Long-term
Location: Liverpool
Start Date: ASAP or September 2026

Milk Education are recruiting an enthusiastic and dedicated Humanities Teacher to join a successful secondary school in the Liverpool area. We are seeking a passionate educator who can inspire students across subjects such as History, Geography, or Religious Education and contribute positively to the wider school community.

About the Role

  • Deliver engaging and creative Humanities lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Plan, prepare and assess student work in line with curriculum requirements
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with department colleagues and wider school staff
  • Contribute to the academic progress and pastoral development of students

    • Essential Requirements

  • UK teaching experience
  • PGCE, QTS or equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification
  • Strong subject knowledge within Humanities
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
