• Main duties of the job To work within the hyperacute rehabilitation in reach Team to optimise the rehabilitation of patients across OUH through MDT working and goal planning.
• To work collaboratively with therapists across OUH to effectively assess patients to facilitate therapeutic interventions and establish ongoing treatment plans related to therapy m.
• Lead on education and training sessions around hyperacute rehabilitation as part of an education programme as well as through additional teaching sessions as required.
• Lead on quality improvement, clinical audit and research projects.
