IBA Team Leader

As a IBA Team Leader, the work centres on line management, coaching, mentoring and performance management of IBA Technicians. It would suit someone who can bring hands-on leadership, organisation, coaching, and reliable follow-through to the role.

• Strong knowledge of CASS 5 and client money regulations.
• The ability to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Relevant leadership, project, operations, people-management, or stakeholder experience is useful.
