Who the work supports
Attend relevant identity‑related webinars, calls, and events to stay current with market and vendor updates. Primary location is our HQ in Pocklington (YO42) What about hybrid working?
How support shows up
Provide Phoenix sales teams with quarterly Identity renewals and support upsell opportunities. Work with Account Managers to identify and manage upsell processes, ensuring Phoenix retains and grows customer relationships. Supporting the Identity Business Manager with creating and delivering the Identity Sales Engagement Plan.

What needs to be in place
- Maintaining and update the Identity Teams Channel with relevant documentation and information.
- Passion for sales and delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Previous experience working within the identity stack is preferred but not essential.
