M&G is an international savings and investments business with over 170 years of history. You’ll split your time between day-to-day 3rd line operational support and onboarding applications for SSO into Entra ID (Enterprise Apps).

Work effectively with colleagues across teams, using ServiceNow to manage requests, incidents and change activities. Delivering high-quality technical support and operational work across identity and access platforms. Carry out routine service activities, including configuration updates, access changes, monitoring, and health checks.

What needs to be in place

• Experience delivering and supporting SSO integrations (or equivalent identity integrations) in a controlled environment.
• Strong hands-on technical experience in identity operations, including Active Directory and Entra ID, with solid troubleshooting capability.
• Practical experience with Conditional Access and applying security controls consistently.
