Kinty Associates are working with well-respected Independent Financial Advice practice who have a requirement for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their growing team. Eligibility criteria: Level 4 Diploma Qualified (Desirable not essential) Previous experience within an IFA/regulated environment (Min 3 years) Knowledge of pensions, investments.
Main responsibilities
Maintaining accurate client records and update internal systems ensuring documentation meets regulatory and compliance requirements. Schedule client meetings and manage adviser diaries. Preparing client documentation for financial advice meetings (meeting packs and suitability report documentation).
