  • Of the IFA Administrator is to provide first class support to the Financial Planning team.
  • Supporting the dealing with existing client enquiries.
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of internal relationships to help maintain business flow and meet agreed targets.
  • Contributing to the smooth running of the administrative function within the business.
  • Ensuring that all processes, procedures and client communications are conducive to a high standard of customer care.
  • Supporting the on-boarding of new clients into the business.

Skills and requirements

  • Administrative, office, reception, data, systems, or coordination experience may be useful.
