ILS Engineer
This ILS Engineer role is focused on providing reports on productivity and other performance indicators to the IPS Manager. It would suit someone who can bring technical judgement, safe working habits, careful diagnostics, and practical problem-solving to the role.
Where the work sits
25 days leave (plus bank holidays). Knowledge of IPS defence standards (including Def Stan 00-600, DLF (JSP886), Def Stan 00-40 series) preferable, but not pre-requisite.
Engineering work involved
Supporting the delivery of Engineering programmes to ensure support requirements are delivered on time, to budget, and to the required quality. Provide reports on productivity and other performance indicators to the IPS Manager. Assisting the IPS Manager with augmenting the IPS capability to meet new and emerging market demands.

Technical skills and requirements
- Batchelors degree in Engineering (BEng or MEng), preferable Mechanical.
- Sector experience in either Defence, Energy, Oil/Gas, Marine, Aviation or Transport would be an advantage.
- Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.
