Implementation Consultant focuses on implementation consultants lead european wide projects delivering our global payments and cash management solution to corporates and banks.

What the role involves

• Implementation Consultants lead European wide projects delivering our global payments and cash management solution to corporates and banks.
• Support through testing, go live and ultimately project close and their handover to support.
• Managing the delivery of the project through the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to implementation.
• Maintain an end-to-end project plan that delivers the agreed scope of the project to time, budget and quality criteria.
• Be actively involved in the delivery of each project by coordinating the day to day running of the project to ensure it achieves its expected milestones.
• Maintaining accurate project status and project financial reporting for the entire project team.

Skills and requirements

• Providing excellent client care and building a working relationship with your clients by demonstrating expert knowledge and experience.
• Using your knowledge and experience to complete change in as efficient and cost-effective way as possible.
• FinTech software environment is preferable but not essential.
• Experience working in a project role within a similar Payments.

Additional role context

• Analysing client requirements and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Understanding what the client has paid for and generating additional charges where necessary to maximise revenue.
• Solid project and change management skills (Prince2, Six Sigma, etc.).
