What the role involves
- Implementation Consultants lead European wide projects delivering our global payments and cash management solution to corporates and banks.
- Support through testing, go live and ultimately project close and their handover to support.
- Managing the delivery of the project through the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to implementation.
- Maintain an end-to-end project plan that delivers the agreed scope of the project to time, budget and quality criteria.
- Be actively involved in the delivery of each project by coordinating the day to day running of the project to ensure it achieves its expected milestones.
- Maintaining accurate project status and project financial reporting for the entire project team.
Skills and requirements
- Providing excellent client care and building a working relationship with your clients by demonstrating expert knowledge and experience.
- Using your knowledge and experience to complete change in as efficient and cost-effective way as possible.
- FinTech software environment is preferable but not essential.
- Experience working in a project role within a similar Payments.
Additional role context
- Analysing client requirements and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Understanding what the client has paid for and generating additional charges where necessary to maximise revenue.
- Solid project and change management skills (Prince2, Six Sigma, etc.).
