Import Co-Ordinator
Import Co-Ordinator focuses on managing import and export shipments from booking through to final delivery.
What the role involves
- Managing import and export shipments from booking through to final delivery.
- Coordinating transport across sea freight and road freight operations.
- Liaise with customers, hauliers, shipping lines and international partners.
- Provide proactive updates to customers on shipment progress.
- Resolving operational issues efficiently and prioritise urgent requirements.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
Skills and requirements
- Good understanding of customs procedures and documentation.
- Background in logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain operations.
- Confident using systems and technology within an operations environment.

Confirmed role details
- Salary starting at £30,000 (rising post-probation).
- Company performance bonus.
- Hybrid working of typically 3 days within the office and 2 at home with some flexibility.
