We are pleased to be working with a leading global financial institution that is recruiting a Commercial & Technology Lawyer at Assistant Vice President level to join its Commercial, Innovation & Technology (CIT) legal team. The role will involve advising on a broad range of commercial and technology matters, including:

The firm is seeking a qualified lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister, or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE level and have strong experience in commercial and technology contracts, gained either in‑house or in private practice. Candidates should be confident advising on supplier and client‑facing agreements, managing legal risk, and partnering with teams across procurement, technology, operations, and the wider business. An understanding of regulatory frameworks affecting financial services – such as outsourcing, operational resilience, or ring‑fencing – would be advantageous.
