- This rewarding frontline role involves supporting high and medium-risk clients, helping them stay safe, access support services, and rebuild their lives.
- Managing a caseload of survivors.
- Undertaking risk assessments and safety planning.
- Providing crisis intervention and emotional support.
- Delivering advocacy and ongoing case management.
- Attending MARAC and multi-agency meetings.
Skills and requirements
- Experience supporting survivors of domestic abuse or vulnerable individuals.
- Strong safeguarding and risk assessment knowledge.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Understanding of barriers faced by BAME and migrant communities.
