  • Managing a caseload of survivors.
  • Undertaking risk assessments and safety planning.
  • Providing crisis intervention and emotional support.
  • Delivering advocacy and ongoing case management.
  • Attending MARAC and multi-agency meetings.

Skills and requirements

  • Experience supporting survivors of domestic abuse or vulnerable individuals.
  • Strong safeguarding and risk assessment knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Understanding of barriers faced by BAME and migrant communities.
