What the role involves

• Carrying out risk assessments and safety planning.
• Supporting clients through legal processes and the Criminal Justice System.
• Collaborating with partner agencies to safeguard clients.

Skills and requirements

• A basic empathy with people who have experienced abuse.
• An ability to work under some pressure and to manage a varied workload effectively whilst adhering to organisational policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work flexibly in response to the needs of clients, colleagues, and organisational aims.
• Experience in maintaining procedures relating to record keeping and data collection.

Confirmed role details

• 30-37 hours per week (flexibility required).
• £13.38 per hour if unqualified, rising to £14.56 per hour once qualified or if already qualified.
