What the role involves
- Carrying out risk assessments and safety planning.
- Supporting clients through legal processes and the Criminal Justice System.
- Collaborating with partner agencies to safeguard clients.
Skills and requirements
- A basic empathy with people who have experienced abuse.
- An ability to work under some pressure and to manage a varied workload effectively whilst adhering to organisational policies and procedures.
- Willingness to work flexibly in response to the needs of clients, colleagues, and organisational aims.
- Experience in maintaining procedures relating to record keeping and data collection.
Confirmed role details
- 30-37 hours per week (flexibility required).
- £13.38 per hour if unqualified, rising to £14.56 per hour once qualified or if already qualified.
