  • The Individual Needs Programme Officer, reporting to the Health and Wellbeing Case Manager, plays a key role in delivering high-quality client support across VSS services.
  • Ensuring smooth access to services, handling calls efficiently, and guiding clients through their journey with VSS and partner organisations.
