Main responsibilities

Requirements
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in a IM Manager role, preferably with a strong understanding of consultancy environments and project lifecycles focused with assets.
- Standards Compliance: Deep working knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650, the Information Management Initiative Framework (IMI Framework, Formally UK BIM Framework), and industry informatio.
- 3D Authoring: Proficiency in industry leading 3D modelling software such as Revit or ArchiCAD for interrogation.
Job details
- Implementation Leadership: Manage the rollout of IM methodologies across programs and projects, ensuring successful adoption by clients.
- Design teams, and contractors.
- Ensure delivery against project requirements.
- Technical Assurance: Conduct structured model reviews, clash detection, and data analysis to mitigate risks.
